Japan’s Wisteria Flower Tunnel Is Like Walking Through A Rainbow.

Japan is well known for its bountiful cherry blossom trees, but that’s far from all of the enchanting beauty that the country has to offer. Wisteria trees, with their cascading vines, make the perfect picturesque addition to scenes that look like they belong in fairy tales. These plants grow in a variety of colors; the most common is purple, but you’ll also find pinks, blues, whites, and yellows hanging from a wisteria tree branch.

Are you already wild about wisteria? If so, you’ll want to make a trip just north of Toyko to Ashikaga Flower Park. It is home to more than 350 wisteria trees – including one that is nearly 150 years old. The park also features a gorgeous 262-foot nature tunnel that’s lined with the blooms as well as thousands of square feet of wisteria trellises. It’s easy to get wanderlust by virtually perusing the garden.

The Ashikaga Flower Park isn’t the only place you’ll find this type of wisteria tree display. The Kawachi Wisteria Garden and Tennogawa Park are also highly regarded, along with Tokyo locales like the Kameido Tenjin Shrine. It hosts a Wisteria Festival in spring when the flowers are in bloom.

Artists deserve respect. Even if it bothers you and you don't like their work; refrain from negative opinions, non-constructive remarks. Opt for an objective analysis of the work as well as a good understanding of the author's intentions..Thx
